Try Before You Buy Cancellations: To cancel your demo reservation please contact us via email info@2swiftboards.com and include your name and order number.

A 100% refund will be issued on cancellations made at least 1-week prior to the rental start date.

No refunds will be issued within 1-week of the rental start date.

Liability Waiver

I hereby agree that by demoing any equipment from Two Swift LLC, I accept liability for any damages or injury that may occur while using any of the equipment- regardless of its condition received from Two Swift LLC. By signing this agreement, I understand that I am waiving my right to bring a court of action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any injury to myself, my property, or my death, however caused, arising out of my use of any equipment from Two Swift LLC. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the products offered by Two Swift LLC including but not limited to 2Swift electric skateboard use.

I agree that I will supply and wear my own helmet when using a product from Two Swift LLC.  I agree that I will be solely responsible for proper use of safety and other equipment and procedures. It is my responsibility to inspect all equipment. I, the undersigned user-or guardian of user-HEREBY RELEASE on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, managers, successors, executors and administrators of Two Swift LLC its officers, agents, and employees from any cause of action, claims, or demands whatsoever including, but not limited to, a claim of negligence.

Terms and Conditions

I also agree that if equipment is damaged, lost or misplaced that I demo from Two Swift LLC, I will pay for the losses or damages. I agree that if Two Swift LLC incurs any cost associated with recovery of payment for damages or losses (such as court costs, collection costs and/or attorney costs) that I will reimburse or pay Two Swift LLC for these costs as well as the cost of the damaged items.

It is solely the discretion of Two Swift LLC to determine if damaged equipment will be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense.

I agree that Two Swift LLC can charge my account daily late fees for any demo not returned on the due date with or without my consent.

I agree that Two Swift LLC can charge the full retail price of any demo product not returned within 7-days of the expiration of the rental term without my consent.

I am responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly used. I also agree to not operate the equipment under the influence of drugs or alchohol.

I understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding, and I certify that I am signing this agreement, after having carefully read it, of my own free will.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the optional damage protection cover?

Adding Damage protection covers your 2Swift Demo rental
against accidental damage and normal wear and tear under normal riding
conditions – including scuffs, dings, scratches and electronic malfunctions .

Should your 2Swift be damaged during the rental period the cost of repair/replacement is covered if
damage protection was added to the rental at checkout. If damage protection is
not added the person listed on the rental order/agreement is responsible for
covering any and all costs associated with repair/replacement within 14 days of
the end of rental period. Damage protection does not cover theft
or loss
. Damage protection cannot be added after the rental period
begins. 2Swift damage protection does NOT cover against
water damage, sand damage, damage due to reckless/abusive riding or misuse
(jumps, drops, snow, rain, etc.).

What do I do if I need help with the 2Swift

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free both ways for the lower 48 states. Shipping for Hawaii and Alaska is extra (call for rates).

What is the recommended tire pressure?

30-35 psi

Do I need to be a certain age to participate in the "Try Before You Buy" program?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to participate in the "Try Before You Buy" program.

When does my demo start/finish?

The demo starts on the day you selected on the website.  If your board happens to arrive a day early, that day is on us. The demo finishes counting forward from the selected demo start day.

What happens if I return my demo board late?

You will be charged a late fee of $80 per day per board for any board returned late.

What happens if my demo ends on a Sunday?

If your demo ends on a Sunday, you are granted a one day grace period and you would ship back on Monday. You will not be charged an additional day.

What happens if I want to keep the board for additional days?

If you’d like to keep the board for additional days past your demo end date please email or call us directly and let us know how many additional days you’d like the board for. You will be charged a daily rate of $60/day for additional days.
