What are the most important things to consider before riding a 2Swift?
Orders placed within business shipping hours (Monday to Friday 10-4pm est) will ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will depend on location. Returns or cancellations due to shipping delays are not accepted.
2Swift accepts returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns on any opened/used 2Swift boards or accessories. When a product is returned, a 5% restocking fee is applied which will be deducted from your total refund amount. All sales are final.
Warranty Policy
1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Your 2Swift electric skateboard is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. Not covered is damage as a result of abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or exposure to water. Modification of components and/or tampering with the electronics voids the warranty. Perishable items like wheels/tires, decks, bumpers and bearings are excluded from warranty and available for purchase through our website.
Retain your shipping box for return shipment. Warranty excludes damage from shipping packaging. If you discover a product defect within 1 year of the ship date, contact us through our website’s general inquiries page for return instructions.
The warranty coverage can be voided for any of these reasons:
- Crashes where your skateboard collides with another object or gets run over.
- Water damage where your skateboard has been submerged, run in deep water or driven in deep snow where it has been submerged. Our boards are splash resistant, not waterproof.
- The board has been thrown away and collides with another object.
- The user changes settings in the motor controller which are higher than what it’s been delivered with.
- The user switches parts that have not been approved by 2Swift, or modifies existing ones.
- The barcode/serial number has been altered or removed
- Work done by an unauthorized third party
- Damage done to the board from weather conditions (fire, flood, earthquake, freezing, lighting, etc.)
** Please Note: All boards sold before 10/3/2025 have a 6-month warranty. Warranty was extended to 1 year on 10/3/2025.

FAQ
What are the most important things to consider before riding a 2Swift?
1. Always wear a helmet and close-toed shoes when riding. Wrist, knee and elblow guards are recommended as well.
2. Never ride down a hill on a fully charged battery. This may damage the battery.
Is the 2Swift difficult to ride?
Nope! Anybody can ride a 2Swift. We have found that with a shoulder to lean on, anyone can learn to ride in under 30 minutes. Experince with other board sports definelty makes it easier!
Does the 2Swift have brakes?
Yes, the 2swift uses regenerative braking. Regenerative braking is a technology that utilizes an electric motor as a generator. The kinetic energy of the rider and board moving at speed, can be transformed into electrical energy to charge the battery and slow down the board. This can help to increase range and improve overall efficiency.
Is the board waterproof?
No. However, it is splash resistant! If you get caught in the rain, ride slowly home and you'll be fine. As always with high priced electronics, avoid water if you can. We recommend drying your board completely before charging to avoid damage.
What type of terrain can the board handle?
The 2Swift board is designed to shred both on and off road, from smooth pavement to hard packed dirt trails. We do not recommend riding in sand or snow.
